Never voted Conservative before?

This is a general election we absolutely have to win for the good of our country.

It is an election about a really big choice in British politics: Do we want five more years of the same old politics and the same old promises from Gordon Brown – or change with the Conservatives who have the energy, leadership and values to get our country moving?

Thirteen years ago Labour were elected promising change. But today, with the economy in a mess and a growing gap between rich and poor, a lot of people are feeling let down. I believe that five more years of Gordon Brown would bring ruin for another generation. Do we really want another five years where every child in Britain is born with £23,000 of debt on its head? Another five years of a Government that has doubled the national debt and will double it again?

There is a choice at this general election. Even if you have never voted Conservative before, think about voting for us this time. The only parties that can win in Telford are the Conservatives or Labour – so a vote for anyone other than the Conservatives is a vote for five more years of Gordon Brown.

So please don’t miss your chance to vote for change. The Conservative Party is determined to make a difference and is impatient to get on with this work. Give us the opportunity.
